Taking document management international in just 2 weeks
How fast is fast? Using no-code workflows, we built a platform for Caya - the document management software for small and medium-sized businesses - in just two weeks time.
Caya automates workflows and promotes smooth collaboration for businesses. As firm believers in the power of emerging tech and software, the company was looking for a partner to realize an international website for its markets. We collaborated closely with branding agency Verve to roll out Caya’s new international platform in just 14 days.
Challenge & approach
With Verve taking care of the design, we handled the development and integrations. This consisted of translating Verve’s branding and digital foundation into a platform with interactive elements that would help Caya serve its international customers. The main challenge? To get it done in time.
Our process
With smart workflows and no-code, we were able to majorly speed up the process. Which is one of the reasons that Caya chose to work with us - we’re not only fast in the way we work internally, but also in what we produce. Within 2 weeks, we were able to roll out our product internationally to European and international markets. Our secret? Clear, smart, asynchronous communication (and the help of tools like Asana and Slack) to keep focus time high and any unnecessary noise out.

The outcome
Even within a short time frame, we were able to build a robust, sophisticated platform that leverages no-code and automation to align with Caya’s larger mission. With the Geo Targetly tool, we were able to localize content on the platform for multi-language functionality. As well as this, we also made it possible for Caya to adjust features per target group which allows the company to present the right content to specific locations.
We also included interactive elements such as Lottie animations, and made it possible for users to adjust and build pages themselves with clear Webflow documentation in our components library. Smart, functional, and above all - it looks really, really good.
